Say hello to Miriam and Juanjo, the lovely people at Baluard bakery where we get our break for the breakfast from! Baluard was set up by Anna Bellsolà and specialises in traditional bread-making. Their bread is best enjoyed on our rooftop terrace, overlooking Barcelona.
