Modernisme Walk & Wine Tour
This walking tour takes you to Barcelona’s Eixample district to discover the beautiful shapes and colourful designs of the Catalan Art Nouveau (Modernisme) houses. Find out how this movement emerged in Europe towards the end of the 19th century and get to know the work of the most important architects of that time, such as Antoni Gaudí. The route ends at a wine bar where you will be able to taste 3 different quality Catalan wines with some snack pairings. Cristina, our licensed tour guide and sommelier, will explain the wines and “pair” them with some additional information related to the tour.

Pablo Ruiz Picasso and the bohemian Barcelona
This private walking tour designed for true art lovers immerses you into the life of Picasso; his years spent in Barcelona and the relationship he developed with the city. Led by Cristina, our Catalonia licensed tour guide. The tour explores the places where the artist lived, studied, worked and got inspired in his youth. You will also learn about the context of the bohemian art scene in Barcelona at the end of 19th century. Who were Picasso’s artist friends? Where were they meeting? Which were the trends at the time? Who was Picasso looking up to? While answering these questions, the route will take us to the Picasso Museum, where the tour will finish with a private guided visit to the permanent collection.
