This 60m2 apartment was renovated in 2014, following eco-design principles and respecting the Catalan modernism features like the high decorative ceilings, a gorgeous mosaic floor, beautiful etched glass and amazing wooden sliding balcony doors. It has 2 double rooms with luxury beds and balconies, a fully equipped open kitchen in the living room with more balconies, and a bathroom with a shower. Perfect for up to 4 people, it is light, spacious, modern, eco and fun! We have put a great effort into re-using materials and adding VOC-free, recyclable ones to the mix. We choose local products and materials whenever possible, and made sure to restore all the original modernist features from around 1900. We also installed comfortable recycling bins and smart water and energy saving devices that will save resources without sacrifising your experience. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products and provide complimentary filtered tap water. yök Casa + Cultura is a project by Mari, a hotel manager, and Petz, an eco-designer. Both are passionate about Barcelona and happy to help you enjoy the city like a local.
